Break up: does it really hurt?

Breaking up is one of the most difficult trials in life and a very complicated process. Each of us has experienced different types of breakups: romantic, friendly, professional or some other. Each type of breakup has its own characteristics and causes certain emotions. I have never experienced a bad romantic breakup. All my breakups were calm and mutual. Some of us are even friends to this day. However, recently I encountered a difficult situation where a close friend of mine suddenly stopped ta
