Neelum Valley Neelum Valley is located in Azad Kashmir and being there is like jumping into a bright coloured painting with a marvel waiting at every corner. It contains a mind-altering beauty as it is a valley interspersed with natural wonders every few kilometres. Neelum Valley is filled with lush green hills, dense forests, glorious waterfalls and freshwater streams that glisten under the sun. Walking through the valley, travellers will encounter bright smiles from the locals and against a backdrop of the beautiful green valley, it is easy to believe you have walked straight into heaven.

Direct purposes include bathing, drinking, and cooking, while examples of indirect purposes are the use of water in processing wood to make paper and in producing steel for automobiles. The bulk of the world's water use is for agriculture, industry, electricity and building. Water carries nutrients to all cells in our body and oxygen to our brain. Water allows the body to absorb and assimilate minerals, vitamins, amino acids, glucose, and other substances. Water flushes out toxins and waste. Water helps to regulate body temperature. Water is our friend, likewise may be influenced against our peace if not properly maintained. Water is useful for Spiritual cleansing as seen here: Jesus was baptized in water. Mark 16:1.

The plant gets its name from the Spanish word manzanilla, which means “little apple,” because its fruit and foliage look like apple trees. The manchineel is a tropical plant with bright green leaves and round, yellowish-green fruits that belongs to the Euphorbia genus. But don’t be fooled: every part of manchineel is poisonous. “Interaction with and ingestion of any part of this tree may be lethal,” according to the Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences

A boy who lived with his causin while hiv positive yet he also didn't know but he just took tabs thinking that its heart problem as he was told by the elder cousin but one day his auntie decided to tell the elder cousins that the young boy known as Ashiraf was positive they all started neglecting him and whenever he was sick one of them said"it's ur HIV "pretending to hide the meaning saying every body has his/her hiv but since Ashiraf was growing and they started learning about Hiv at school, he started comparing the things they learn to the things taking place in his lyf so one.One day,as they headed to the TASo hospital t pick meds he looked at hospital's sign Post when it had TASO he started wonder why his taking heart meds from a TASO hospital and he went to school the fellow morning .So,as they were learning the teacher said that Aids patients get meds from TASO hospitals and then the bo started crying knowing that he was swallowing ARVs since he was little he went back home sad
