Let's talk about Self-worth, you need to know that you deserve the best. Do not let anyone treat you #like you are average. You get what you settle for, so aim high and surround yourself with those who see your self-worth, who values you, who #love you, who #respect you, who encourage you and who build you up to a higher level. You are special, there is no limit to what you can achieve, whether you are valued or not remember that #happiness is free.

Being grateful - a meditation

Relax your body and mind by lying down in a comfortable position and closing your eyes. Now, pay attention to the rhythm of your breath. Imagine you are sitting on a riverbank when you are at your most relaxed. The River of Gratitude is a magical place. Observe the river's flow for a while and observe its movement. White with sequins on the river would be ideal. You can now express your gratitude to all the people in your life. Turn on your imagination. Thank everyone you would like to thank for what has happened, is happening or will happen in your life. Remember to express gratitude to the River and to yourself for the opportunity to participate in this meditation.
