Uga, Anambra State, Nigeria - Valentine Ozigbo, a 2021 Anambra governorship candidate, was one of the distinguished guests who thronged to Uga in Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State on Saturday, October 28, 2023, as Barrister Oluchukwu Offiah and Dr Somachi Onyewuotu marked their traditional wedding rites.

The bride, Barr Oluchukwu, is the daughter of Chief Dr Tony Offiah, a close friend and a key leader in Mr Ozigbo's political organisation.

Ozigbo, who attended the event with his wife, Mrs Ojiugo Ozigbo, stated his delight at witnessing a celebration of love and friendship.

"I am pleased to see the union of two remarkable individuals, Oluchukwu and Somachi. The couple have gone through the cultural rites and will now become the cornerstones of each other's lives. Indeed, it's heartwarming to see them come together in such a beautiful way," Ozigbo, a multiple award-winning global CEO, said.

"Chief Dr Tony Offiah and I share a deep and enduring friendship, and I am overjoyed to celebrate with him and his family on this occasion."
