Birth / Baptism / Initiation is a process / rite of passage from one  realm or dimension into another in this multiverse. It is symbolic and it has spiritual significance too.

Birth Into Earth Realm

The Divine Spark journeys  into the earth realm to experience life. He is then baptised into this realm through the birth canal of a woman to take on flesh.  This Virgin Spirit enters into the physical realm with a clean slate (naked) to start his perpetual universal journey around the sun to accumulate or build up His own consciousness (His own Knowing/ Being) to clothe Himself and to evolve back into the source (God). However, a reincarnated soul comes back with some consciousness from His past lives. Hence we have Christ Consciousness, Buddha, Krishna and others. 

It should also be noted that the interaction of the spirit through the various bodies (flesh, Desire and Mind) with its physical environment creates His Reality and builds His Consciousness known as the Soul or the White Garment of the Spirit. We need to know that the building of this white Garment /Soul (consciousness) is not automatic but comes through a continuous repentance from all negatives, purification of emotions and renewing of mind. 

Again , there is this Apple 🍏 like shape Energetic Field that surrounds every man called  Aura.  It acts as a spiritual shield to the person. The pure and divine one's consciousness is, the stronger is the Aura. 

Your Aura - the energetic Field is what Apostle Paul referred to as the Armour of faith.   That is the strength of your Aura to defend you against sickness , negative energy, devilish attacks and spells  is determined by the level of your faith births by your knowledge of your God ( or Thyself)

“So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God”. Rom. 10:17

However when your faith and belief are weak, it produces a low energetic Field around you or a weak Aura which opens you up for all manners of attacks from the evil ones. 

When a man is born, he explored the physical body, and expresses himself through the lower realm of his desire body depending heavily on survival instinct and the use  of brutal forces to satisfy himself and to conquer his environment   it gets to a stage in his life where all this lower energy weighs heavily on the virgin spirit and the spirits start yearning for freedom and seek ways to liberate Himself.

Remember: The soul is the seat of your emotions.
