In darkness, I find my home

A place where shadows are my own

The world outside, a distant hum

As I step in, my heart becomes one

With every step, the light fades fast

And in the dark, my soul is cast

Into a world of mystery and night

Where stars and moon, shine with all their light

The darkness whispers, its gentle tone

A soothing melody, that's my own

It calms my mind, and heals my heart

And in its depths, I find a brand new start

So let the darkness, envelop me

And in its shadows, set my soul free

For in the dark, I find my peaceful nest

And a sense of calm, that I've never possessed.
