SPECIAL THANK YOU MESSAGE TO THE YOUTHS OF CROSS RIVER STATE BY THE HON. COMMISSIONER FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AND SKILLS ACQUISITION.

Dear Fellow Comrades-in-the-struggle and youths of Cross River State,

We commend and appreciate your maturity and wisdom in choosing not to participate in the recent (violent) protests ravaging some states in Nigeria.

Your decision demonstrates your commitment to peaceful advocacy and constructive engagement which is more potent and effective than protest.

Thank you for always being ambassadors of peace, unity and positive change in our dear state.

Your actions have not gone unnoticed, as the government of Sen. Prince Bassey Otu is now even more committed to addressing the challenges of security, welfare, roads, health, education, employment and empowerment of it’s citizens, especially the youths who make up the majority of the population of Cross River State.

We are indeed proud of your sense of maturity, leadership, responsibility and dedication to peace demonstrated by your decision to stand with the PEOPLES FIRST Governor to protect and defend our state, it’s people and it’s assets.

Keep shining and making us proud!
