Edubirdie Latest Review: What A Mediocre Service

As a student, finding reliable help with assignments can be a challenge, especially when deadlines are tight and expectations are high. Recently, I had a disappointing experience with EduBirdie, a service I chose in the hope of getting some much-needed assistance for a psychology essay. However, I encountered far from the efficient and professional service I had hoped for. This is my story.

The Search for Help: The Initial Hurdle

When I decided to use EduBirdie, I was drawn in by their promises of top-notch writing help and the convenience of their bidding system. I had a psychology essay that I needed assistance with, and given the complexity of the topic, I was willing to invest in a quality paper. So, I posted my order for $87, which I believed was a high amount for an essay.

The bidding system seemed like a good idea initially. I thought it would allow me to choose from a range of writers who could offer competitive bids and showcase their expertise. However, this is where the problems began.

Overwhelmed by Bids: A Flood of Trouble

In no time, I began receiving bids from different writers immediately after making my order. At the outset, I was happy to see many responses, but this exhilaration quickly turned into bewilderment and disappointment. However, even as the bids kept pouring in, none of the writers seemed to have taken a glimpse at my instructions. Furthermore, the profiles of these writers were highly suspicious. Many seemed bogus with AI-like profiles.

Although reviewing the profiles to find an appropriate writer was my intention, it became almost impossible due to the great number of bids that had been made. The constant stream of messages and profiles felt overwhelming and so untrue.

Choosing a Writer: A Decision That Went Wrong

After searching through all the bids and profiles for long hours, I settled on a writer. I expected this writer to be competent enough to handle my essay requirements and deliver a quality paper within the stipulated timeline. But things did not go as planned.

Once he started writing my essay, he even questioned some parts of my guidelines, which was very annoying because I had provided him with well-defined instructions, which he deliberately flouted by ignoring me whenever he would start working on his essay again. Please keep me updated instead of messaging me only once more the next day, then going silent again.

The Waiting Game: Lack of Communication

Three days later, the writer reappeared with a draft of my essay. To my dismay, the draft was far from satisfactory. It looked like it had been written by a high school student rather than someone with the expertise to handle a university-level assignment. I was disappointed and immediately requested revisions.

The writer made some changes, but it took another two days for me to receive the revised draft. As the deadline loomed closer, I grew increasingly anxious. The revised draft still did not meet my requirements. I asked the writer to rewrite the essay from scratch and to do it quickly.

Customer Support: Empty Promises

With the deadline approaching fast, I reached out to EduBirdie's customer support for help. I explained the situation and stressed the urgency of the matter. Their response was reassuring, and they promised that my paper would be delivered on time.

Despite their assurances, the situation did not improve. The writer continued to be unresponsive, and the deadline passed with no final draft in sight. The following day, I finally received the completed essay. Unfortunately, it was poorly written and did not meet my requirements. It was clear that the writer had not put in the necessary effort, and the essay was submitted late.

The Refund Issue: A Bitter End

Having felt vexed and depressed, I sought a refund with EduBirdie’s support team. I felt that the service I received was not worth the $87 that I had paid for it. Consequently, EduBirdie astonished me when they claimed they would not issue any refunds whatsoever.

This constituted my worst experience with EduBirdie yet. Not only did I get late work on a sub-standard essay but there was also no means of getting my money back. The process as a whole has been stressful and very disappointing.

Final Words:

My association with EduBirdie left much to be desired. Instead of helping me find the best writer through the bidding system, it confused and frustrated me in every way possible. Inadequate communication skills coupled with substandard writing standards, exemplified by an outright rejection of a refund, culminated in an excruciating disappointment.

Be wary about using EduBirdie or other similar services at all costs. Ensure that you properly evaluate authors’ profiles and grasp the terms of employment before making any payments. From my own experiences, it is clear that EduBirdie did not deliver on its promises and this resulted in a stressful situation where I got an unsatisfactory paper.
