PHOTO NEWS: RT. HON. HILARY BISONG JOINS GOV OTU AS HE UNVEILS NG-CARES IN CALABAR
Chief Whip of the Cross River State House of Assembly and Member Representing Boki II State Constituency, *Rt. Hon. Hilary Ekpang Bisong JP, FCPA,* on Thursday June 13, joined Cross River State Governor, *Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu* to launch the Federal Government's NG-CARES social welfare program in the State.
Speaking on the sidelines of the occasion, the MP extolled the humanitarian disposition of the President *Bola Tinubu* and His Excellency, Bassey Edet Otu, towards the amelioration of the plights of the people. He further called for support to ensure that the People's First agenda is beneficial to all.
The Governor was represented at the event by the Deputy Governor, *Rt. Hon. Peter Odey*. Others were the Chief of Staff, Hon. Emmanuel Ironbark; Speaker Elvert Ayamben and several other dignitaries. @NaijaBlaseTv
