Title: Wonderfully written by a lovely lady who has MS.

Review: I purchased Judy's book published in 2006. At the time, I was on an immunosuppressant medication and not doing that well. I began following Judy's nutrition and supplement advice and within 3 months I was walking better. One day I was in our den and didn't have my walker and realized I had walked to the den without it. Soon after, I stopped taking my meds, of which I had been skipping on a regular basis. That was in 2007. Ever since then, I have followed Judy's suggestions. Today, I am very ambulatory. I do use a walker if out and about, but not at home.
Judy, if you are reading this, thank you, so very much, for taking the time to study MS and learning and sharing what you learned. You have helped and given hope to the many readers of your wonderful book.

Title: My mother extended her life with this book

Review: My mother was diagnosed with stage 2, almost stage 3 MS in 1992. Back then, the only medical treatment was to give steroid shots when an MS attack occurred. She was told she would be in a wheelchair within 1-2 years. I researched alternative treatments, and came across an older version of this book. I gave it to my mom, and she followed the supplement treatment. For the first couple of weeks, her body was purging nasty stuff, and she had horrible headaches, which the author of the book said would happen. After that, her body calmed down, and amazingly, she got better. A lot better. Her MS reversed back to stage 1, and she had very few symptoms of MS, and they only manifested when she was severely stressed. What my mother didn't tell me at the time, was that when she was diagnosed with MS, she was also diagnosed with terminal cancer. She was given 6 months to live. She did not undergo any cancer treatment at all, and hid the cancer diagnosis from me. What's amazing is that after adopting the MS treatment in this book, she actually lived for over 2 1/2 years more. Our family doctor told me after she died, that in his opinion, the only thing that enabled her to live so long with that cancer diagnosis, on top of the MS diagnosis, was the supplement treatment in this book. It was clear to him, because she refused any other treatments, so the only thing that could have extended her life was this treatment. I recommend this book to anyone with MS, and in fact, have seen others adopt the treatment and reverse the disease, much to the amazement of their doctors.

Review: Managing your own disease process is not a substitute for your doctor's care or advice, but it can help both you and him to improve the quality of that life. Medications can only go so far, and the rest is up to you. Know your own body, your symptoms, and what you can do about them. Knowledge is power.

Review: This book was written before the new drugs for MS. The info in it is dated with some advice that could be harmful if using one of the new drugs such as rebif, avonex, etc. You do not want to rev up your immune system. It is already working overtime destroying your myelin. Try one of the newer books like MS - The First Year by Margaret Blackstone. Also, Teri Garrs book and Fall Down Laughing are good.

Title: a must for herbal health people

Review: excellent book for those who want to go the herbal health way to manage multiple sclerosis,makes sence,& explains why the herbal health works,and how. I now amy tryng 2 of the examples recommended(Eve Primrose Oil) and another..they do work for me.My attitude is 75% better since reading this book.
