( NaijaBlaseTv) In a pioneering effort to transform Cross River State's agricultural landscape, the Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations (FAO) Global Environment Facility (GEF) Food Systems, Land Use and Restoration Impact Programs (FOLUR-IP) project has initiated a game-changing training workshop.

This endeavor aims to empower the strategic committee established by His Excellency, Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu, The Executive Governor of Cross River State, in developing a comprehensive 7-year plan for the Cocoa, Coffee, and Oil Palm sectors. With an unwavering dedication to fostering innovation and resilience, the collaboration between Cross River State and the FAO signifies a crucial milestone in advancing sustainable development.

The workshop provides a dynamic platform for stakeholders to converge, exchange insights, and collectively shape a strategic roadmap for the future. Through engaging sessions and practical exercises, participants delve into the nuances of strategic planning, tackling existing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and establishing clear objectives.
