Economic Revolutionary Alliance (ERA) is a Zimbabwean political party formed in September 2022. Advocate Talent Rusere is the Federal leader of (ERA) since its formation.

Economic Revolutionary Alliance (ERA) was found on the bases that the people of Zimbabwe are living in a state of fear and uncertainty. They suffer discrimination in all its forms and are unable to earn a living. Levels of poverty are high; unemployment is above 82% and inflation at four figures.

Non-existent service delivery also making the lives of ordinary citizens difficult. Access to education, housing and other basic needs is now only for politicians and the rich.

Further loss of valuable human resources is happening due to educated and professionally trained citizens leaving the country in large numbers for greener pastures. Our beloved People have been unsuccessful at holding their government accountable due to a raft of repressive laws and shrinking freedom of expression/media space.

Corruption at all levels of government and the politicization of all aspects of society has led to chaos and disorganization in every sector.

The Economic Revolutionary Alliance (ERA) is set to defend and advance the rights of the Zimbabwean  people after the violent destruction of their freedom and the creation of a Zanu pf military dictatorship during and after the death of Robert Mugabe.

AND WHEREAS in the course of fulfilling this historic aim, the Economic Revolutionary Alliance (ERA) has emerged to lead the struggle of all democratic and patriotic forces to destroy the military state and replace it with a united, nonracial, non-sexist and democratic Zimbabwe in which the people as a whole shall govern and all shall enjoy equal rights;

Through the struggles and sacrifices of its members over the years, the Economic Revolutionary Alliance (ERA) has come to be recognized as the central organizer and inspirer of a vast popular upsurge against economic politicization and a military state.
