JUST IN: ELECTION PETITION TRIBUNAL UPHOLDS RT. HON. HILARY BISONG'S VICTORY FOR BOKI II
The Elections Petition Tribunal seating in Calabar on Monday September 25th, upheld election victory of Rt. Hon. *Hilary Ekpang Bisong*, for Boki 2 State Constituency.
The court held that Rt Hon Hilary won the State House of Assembly elections squarely and convincingly.
In its ruling, the tribunal maintained that the MP was duly elected by his people.
This lays to rest, the petition earlier filed by one Walter Nandi Esom and the PDP, challenging the victory of Rt. Hon. Ekpang of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
