AFP suspects China behind massive coral harvesting in Rozul Reef
MANILA, Philippines — The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) have confirmed that the Rozul Reef, which is located in the West Philippine Sea and was the scene of a swarm of Chinese ships, has been fully depleted of its native corals.
Vice Admiral Alberto Carlo, commander of AFP Western Command, made the startling assessment public on Saturday at the "Saturday News Forum" gathering in Quezon City.
