Sometimes you gotta ask yourself why am I not getting there ? I'm doing everything. Well dear there are some habits or things you are not doing well.

1 drinking water .
Drinking water make you hydrated so you can fight daily problems with a healthy body. Drinking water can also help you clearing your mind so you can think well.
2. SLEEPING EARLY
Sleeping early can help you to wake up early.
Sleeping early prevent you from tiredness, dizzy and you can rest.
Actually sleeping like 8 hours prevent our kidneys to be attacked.
3.DOING EXERCISE AND SPORT
Exercising regularly relive muscles from numbness and tiredness .
Doing sports help you think well can also help our body to be fit and also prevent our body to remain disease free.
4. READING A LOT
As you know reading improve our knowledge and our skills.
Reading take our mind far away.
So, take time and read trust me you gonna profit from reading.
5. SMILE 😊
Actually smiling is my favorite because it prevent you from having a bad mood you know you have to fight those bad mood like your life depends on them yes it does.
Bad mood leave a bad day and if you are having a bad day you can't do anything good.
