THE TITANIC IS STILL ON THE NEWS 100 YEARS LATER
Stunning new 3D images of the Titanic reveal the sinking ship like never before.
A team of researchers scanned every inch of the legendary shipwreck and gathered 700,000 images to provide the most detailed underwater view ever taken of the shipwreck.
It provides a unique 3D view of the entire ship, allowing it to be seen as if the water had been drained and this could probably reveal new clues as to how it went down on its maiden voyage in 1912.
A level of detail never before captured.
Television producer Atlantic Productions and deepwater mapping company Magellan, both based in the UK, were responsible for this project.
