Using a wide array of skills, he started a magazine company with no money or experience and made it into a national brand.  The company behind all those things- Prosperous Planet, is setting out to change things on a global scale.

Childhood experiences mixed with natural talent were some of the factors in his success, but his ability to inspire others to act is what has allowed him to be so successful.

 demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit early on, following his father to sales calls as a youth, and being  self-employed since the age of 10.. As he grew older, he ventured into door-to-door sales and worked as a convenience store and grocery store clerk in his early teens. By the age of 17, he had already opened his first marketing company, showcasing his talent and energy. This entrepreneurial drive continued as he bought his first house at 18 and a small apartment building at 21.

Patrick's childhood experiences laid the groundwork for his ability to succeed in the world of publishing. Going from 0 publicity and zero customers, to being available in 3 cities and 150 retail locations– in only 1 year; during a time when so many businesses were closing. Elle & Beauty Inc. grew as fast as Covid did.

With a separation of the management and Elle & Beauty Inc. threatened with a dissolution of the shareholders, Patrick Ryckman launched Exact Visual Studios without hesitation.

Exact Visual Studios, quickly following in the shadow of Elle & Beauty Inc is now making a splash and taking over the Real Estate Marketing Market. By drawing upon the diverse range of skills he acquired as a young entrepreneur, Patrick demonstrated an uncanny ability to identify market opportunities and develop innovative strategies that propelled the company forward. 

This impressive expansion is a testament to Patrick's strategic vision and ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Under his guidance, the company is poised to become a dominant player in the Real Estate publishing landscape.
