Your profile has to be optimised. A link to your blog should be in your bio. Your bio should briefly describe what your blog is all about. Your most popular blog post should be pinned to your profile or you can pin your latest blog post to your profile

3. Follow people that are relate to your niche. People with large following. Connect with their followers. Quote their tweets. Retweet their tweets. Comments on their tweet, don't forget to add value when you comment. The other day I was shocked when a big public figure replied on my comment. Doing this can increase your following

How?

Go to the search bar type in a keyword relevant to the blog post you want to promote. Filter the results to latest, latest not top or popular. Add a blurb with a link to your blog post to the first 3 tweet at the top. Don't do more than 3 for every 12 hours. Your account will come off as spammy if you do. Do it 2 times in a day within a 12 hours interval

Lastly

Know when your tweets get more engagement. Mine is early in the morning around 6-8am
