
Yam and egg sauce preparation
Bring a tuber of yam and peel,cut into your desired sizes.wash the yam and boil it separate until it's done.
Wash your tomatoes, onions, fresh pepper and slice them.break the eggs in a separate bowl and stir. Then use your vegetable oil to fry the sliced ingredients for about 5mins. and add your egg and stir, allow it to boil for 10mins. it's ready to be served either hot or cold.
