Acne treatment (30 days challenge)

We all have battled acne once in our life and everyone who has suffered know how it feels!

Acne is a common skin condition that happens when hair follicles under the skin become clogged. Sebum—oil that helps keep skin from drying out—and dead skin cells plug the pores, which leads to outbreaks of lesions, commonly called pimples or zits.

HOW TO GET RID OF ACNE WITHIN A MONTH

Acne is sometime stubborn and won't leave without medications. This article will explain how we can prevent acne and get a smooth glowy face back.

1) CLEANSE YOUR FACE (MORNING)

The first thing when you wake up is cleanse your face with a mild face wash that contains salicylic acid or tea tree face wash will be better to use. Don't rub your skin, massage with light pressure. Wash immediately after 20 seconda. Keeping it for longer time will extract you skin's natural oils so be careful.

2) APPLY A MEDICATION ANTIBIOTIC LOTION/CREAM

Next step is to apply an antibiotic lotion (clinadamycin) is preferred. It will kill acne causing bacteria and help reduce breakouts.

3) HAVE ZINC SUPPLEMENTS

Do you know zinc deficiency can cause acne breakout.make sure you eat foods that are rich in zinc (meat, fish ) or have zinc tablets.

4) HAVE ENOUGH OF VITAMIN C

Yes vitamin C is very important for a healthy looking skin. You can drink lemon or orange juice or have other foods rich in vitamin c.

5) CLEAN YOUR FACE WITH GRAM FLOUR(BESAN)

Take 2-3 teaspoons of besan. Add water to make a fine paste. Apply it on a clean face . Let it dry for 5-7 mins and then wash face with cold water.

These are the five basic steps you need to follow for 30 days and get amazed by the results.

NOTE/PRECAUTIONS:

1) DONT TOUCH YOUR FACE

2) DONT POP THE PIMPLES.

3) IMMEDIATELY CLEAN YOUR FACE IF THE PIMPLES GET POPED.

4) CHANGE YOUR PILLOW COVER DAILY.

5) WASH YOUR HAIRS.
