In the past, I used to be a person who never bothered with makeup, but over time, I have realized that it is important for me to care about my appearance, and now I want everyone to feel the same way. The problem is that some people are too worried about their looks, while others do not know what to do. They just buy clothes or cosmetics and leave everything else to chance. Do you? If so, I have good news for you. There is no need to worry about your appearance. This article has beauty tips that can help you get rid of stubborn pimples, reduce oil or make-up stains, remove tan effectively, make wrinkles appear smaller and more prominent, brighten up your complexion (especially after sunburn), even if you wear dark make-up, and much more.

1. Moisturize regularly. Water is always best for moisturizing than any other ingredient. Therefore, you should hydrate frequently for optimal results. For instance, in the morning, apply water on your face using a warm washcloth. After washing, pat dry before applying the new lotion. Another method is to use an egg white mask, which is made from beaten eggs, cocoa butter, gram flour, tea tree oil, and lemon juice. You can also mix mashed potatoes, carrots, and cucumber. It helps to eliminate dead skin cells. In addition, we should drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated, which will definitely help us in getting our hair and skin healthy. It is said that one should consume 1.5 to 2 liters of water at a stretch. If you have dry skin, you should consume less. According to experts, people who stay dehydrated for long periods of time can cause dehydration in the body and leading to problems such as obesity.

2. Wash and condition after sweating. Sweat contains perspiration, which makes us look oily. To keep the shine away, we should wash our faces every day. We do this by wiping them with clean cotton wool. Then we should apply toner. At night, you should sleep under a sheet, and then you must wash your bed sheets with a gentle cleanser. Use an anti-blister creme, or you can use rose water to prevent your skin from becoming irritated. Additionally, the following steps can help you get rid of dark circles on the skin:

After cleansing, choose a foundation and go back after one week to see what it looks like. Apply concealer daily and let it dry naturally. Let it sit overnight only if you have oily or acne-prone skin, or the skin becomes damaged, and then reapply concealer every two days. Finally, add a little bit of lipstick to the skin and wait the entire four hours before taking it off.

3. Avoid rubbing powder or powders during the menstrual period. Yes! Menstruation is beautiful. However, when the bleeding comes to an end, it feels awkward to continue wearing makeup until it completely dries off, and the next step is for women to begin menstruating again. Why should we stick to makeup during the menstrual period? Because this gives different shades to the skin, makes pigmentation come out, and makes the skin slightly darker. Moreover, hormonal changes cause changes in the proportions of the body. So, if you still wear makeup, you risk not having enough volume to cover up your features. If you experience these types of uncomfortable feelings, you should avoid going out with friends, as it may cause bad vibes for ladies, especially those who have sensitive parts of the body.

4. Be careful with the air conditioner. Air conditioners are very helpful in preventing mosquitoes or dust and mold, but they can sometimes leak out air and become harmful to our health. Thus, you should avoid putting it on all the time, especially if you do not live in cold regions, or you suffer from allergies. Also, remember that hot areas, such as the bathroom, microwave, or steam oven, where the air conditioner leaks out, can cause the spread of bacteria; therefore, they should be filtered as well. Of course, there are special filters that filter the air from hot areas. But, we still have to adjust the temperature to prevent the spread of diseases. Besides, most of the time, air conditioners should be turned down to 60-65 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent sweating, or put to a cooler setting. The most appropriate settings are at 20-25 degrees or 80-85F (or 40-43C).

5. Give yourself proper time to change your pillowcase. Whenever you wake up in the middle of the night, you will smell cigarette smoke in every room of your house. As soon as you get home, you will notice that your pillowcase smells awful when you wipe it. That's because tobacco and other substances stick to the fabric of the pillowcase. Some items on the outside also give off toxins when you put them inside the pillowcase, so you should dispose of them properly after cleaning the pillows daily. One simple trick is to put your favorite perfume in the toiletry bag and leave it there before sleeping or showering.

6. Keep your bedroom place neat and tidy! Even though we want to relax, no matter how cute our bedroom looks, it is still better to have things organized so our bedrooms look neat. To start with, you need to take care of the rugs that hang on the floor. Make a mess of them by dragging them across the floor and throwing things on them, but if they're small enough, the edges may not be cleaned. You can also try to buy a couple of pet hair baskets, which have a hole you can put cat hair or dog fur inside. You might think they're annoying, but cats or dogs will hide in these kinds of traps. Furthermore, you should remove old socks, throw on some new ones, make sure you wash underwear and clothes regularly, don't throw them away, and put the clothes in bags before donating them. Just like keeping your bedroom organized, it should be kept clean during the day. If you have pets, it is recommended that you take good care of your pets' bedding and places so they have shelter, protection, and space so they won't hurt. Similarly, every corner of the apartment should be clean and free of dirt, dust, weeds, and leaves. While organizing a room, do your best to keep the walls cool and have air circulation.

7. Wear make-up sparingly, even if it's summer. Spring and summer, whether we like it or not, it seem to require a great deal of makeup, mainly lipsticks. Don't forget to apply mascara after wearing eyeliner, and make sure you use a tinted moisturizer. With the exception of high seas and beaches, makeup is rarely needed at home unless the weather permits. However, you should be aware of the risks of being exposed to sun rays and the damage that can happen with overexposure. Not only are you damaging your own skin with excessive sun exposure but you also expose others in your environment to adverse effects. So we recommend you use sunscreen during sunny days as well as on cloudy or rainy days to protect your skin.

8. Take vitamins that you consider necessary for skin health. Whether you are looking for eye cream, pills to boost your energy and immunity, or whitening strips, each one of them must be taken according to their prescription. Remember that it is essential to take vitamins C, B, and E because some of them promote collagen synthesis, prevent oxidation, and reduce inflammation. Moreover, vitamins A, D, and K have antioxidant properties, reduce wrinkles and blemishes, and strengthen the immune system. These are crucial for maintaining the health of the skin as well as its color and brightness. All the above-mentioned vitamins and supplements work well, and they should be included in everyday life.
