Tokyo: In Japan, 178 people with the same first and second names gathered under one roof and this historic event has been certified by the Guinness Book of World Records.

178 people, each named Hirokazu Tanaka, gathered in a hall in Tokyo. It should be noted that earlier in 2005, 164 people named 'Martha Stewart' had gathered in one place. The event was organized by American businesswoman Martha Stewart. But now the Japanese have broken this record.

It should be noted that an organization called Hirokazu Tanaka organized this event. However, these attempts were also made in 2011 and 2017 which failed as only 71 and 87 people could participate then and the world record could not be broken.

But this time there were also some strict rules because it was stipulated that the name Hirokazu Tanaka when written in Chinese must have exactly the same letters or characters because Chinese language does not have that and can have different characters. The organization was founded in 1994 by a 53-year-old man.
