About the Position:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions.
  

• Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress.
  

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  

• Educate and counsel patients on disease management and healthy lifestyle choices.
  

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  

• Lead and mentor nursing staff in providing high-quality care.
  

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in California
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a similar patient population.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  

• BLS and ACLS certification required.
