EXCO RESOLUTIONS Ebonyi State Executive Council Meeting took place today at Exco chambers, the new government house, Abakaliki, the state capital. Chairman of the Council, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. PRESS BRIEFING ON THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2023 The Meeting was presided over by the Chairman of Council and Governor of Ebonyi State, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru. 1. Before proceeding to the issues of the day, the Council received the report of the Committee on Ebonyi Fertilizer Plant. The CAN chairman, Reverend Dr. Scamb Nwokolo, who is the Committee chairman presented the report. Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla to flour mixture and mix together on medium speed until well combined.
