Overview

Born in China in 1968 and living in France since 2001, Li Fang capture in her paintings the oscillations of the contemporary world. Although her work is figurative, her technique, which uses large flat areas of colour like blocks sculpted from pictorial matter, clearly forges a link with abstraction.
