In a remarkable appreciation of his good works, commitment to serve humanity, and keeping to his promise of providing potable water to the people during the 2023 yuletide in Calabar Metropolis, the Field Superintendent of The Apostolic Church, Akpabuyo Field, Apostle (Dr) Eta E. Edet, presented a Plaque to honour the Honorable Commissioner for Water Resources Barr. Bassey Mensah and further encouraged him to use his office to make life meaningful to the children of God in harmony with His Excellency Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu's Season of Sweetness.

This is a reaffirmation of God's proclamation that when the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice. Barr. Mensah is always determined to serve humanity by providing the basic social amenities that would ameliorate the living standard of the people.

Bishop (Dr) Eta E. Edet also used the occasion to pray to God to give the Commissioner the grace to continue to serve the people even more. He urged Mensah not to relent but be a good representative of Field in keeping with the teachings of The Apostolic Church.

In his remarks, Barr. Mensah thanked the Church for always praying for his success and grace to serve the people better. He promised to continue to do more in the little opportunity God has given to him. He also assured the Field Superintendent and the Church that he will not betray their trust in him but will continue to serve humanity to the glory of the Almighty God.
