 　よく「無名より悪名」と言う。何もしなければ、敵も出来ない。しかし、何かを始めれば必ず反対意見の人が現れ敵となる。私のような小さな個人塾の経営者でも敵が現れる。私の塾がすぐ潰れるからといった根拠の無い噂を広げて塾生を集めようとした塾があった。

　他にも嫌がらせの電話やら塾周辺の施設の破壊行為もあった。

　ライバル塾の嫌がらせであることは明らかだったけど、私はそこまで落ちぶれたくないので無視しておいた。予備校・塾業界も他の業界と同じで、組織化されると組織の維持が最優先となり本来の目的を見失う人が多い。

　It is often said that "notoriety is better than obscurity. If you do nothing, you will have no enemies. However, if you start something, there will always be people who disagree with you, and they will become your enemies. Even a small private tutoring school manager like myself has enemies. There was a cram school that tried to attract students by spreading baseless rumors that my cram school would soon go out of business.



　There were also harassing phone calls and vandalism of facilities around the school.



　It was obvious that they were harassing a rival cram school, but I did not want to fall that far, so I ignored them. The cram school and prep school industry is the same as any other industry. When it is organized, the maintenance of the organization becomes the top priority, and many people lose sight of the original purpose.
