My mother had warned me to stay away from them,that they were bad eggs,I was like the proverbial dog that didn't listen to the whistle of the hunter.

I frequently visited,they gave me eggs to eat which no child in the community was allowed to eat;it was a luxury, and it was believed that once you feed a child eggs, the child will want more and start to steal(which I'm starting to believe is true).

We went on different escapades, gambling and betting till it became something normal to me and I got so addicted that it was difficult to stop being friends.
