小学校で児童が顔面骨折の大けが 学校は救急車を呼ばず…駆け付けた母親の通報で搬送され緊急手術　名古屋

5日午後1時過ぎ、名古屋市昭和区の小学校で、5年生の男子児童が友達を負ぶって遊んでいたところ、つまずいて転倒し、顔面を骨折する大けがをしましたが、学校が救急車を呼ぶなどの対応をしていなかったことがわかりました。 

 男子児童は、保健係のクラスメイトと、養護教諭がいる保健室に行き、目がぼやけていて、焦点があわないことを訴え、嘔吐もしました。 しかし、学校は救急車を呼ぶなどの対応をせず、学校に駆け付けた母親が救急車を呼びました。 母親によりますと、迎えに行った時、男子児童は顔が真っ青だったということです。

　私は以前からこのブログで何度も「部活の自由化」や「授業終了後は帰宅させる」ことを推奨してきた。なぜなら、「学校の先生は全ての点でアマチュア」だからだ。もちろん、今回のような緊急事態の時にどうすべきかの医療技術も知識もない。

　野球のルールを知らない部活顧問では、生徒の指導が出来るわけがない。私は体操部だったけれど顧問の先生は素人だった。鉄棒、跳馬、床運動などかなり危険が伴うけれど、事故が起こっても何も対処できなかっただろう。

　専門の教科指導も素人だ。私は英検１級に合格しているけれど、それでも優秀な生徒の指導は難しいと感じる。中学校や高校の教師の方の英語力は私より下だから指導できるわけがない。

　だから、授業が終わったら生徒たちには適切な指導者のもとに送り出してやるべきで「強制部活」など教師と生徒の双方に「過労死」「事故死」の危険がある。私は大学時代に昭和区で下宿していた。あの小学校のことかもしれない。

　The specialist subject instructors were also amateurs. I have passed the English Proficiency Test (EIKEN) Level 1, but I still find it difficult to teach the best students. I cannot teach junior high school and high school teachers because their English proficiency is lower than mine.

　Therefore, students should be sent off to appropriate instructors when classes are over, and both teachers and students are at risk of "overwork" and "accidental deaths" due to "forced club activities" and the like.
