　「世界で最も素晴らしいことは、自立の方法を知ることだ」。日本の学校は真逆のことを行っている。つまり、受動型の教育だ。自分で着る服も決められない。自分で履く靴も決められない。自分の髪型も自分で決められない。自分の髪の色も決められない。自分の使う参考書や問題集も決められない。

　すべて学校が指定して、それに従うことが「良い子」だと教え続ける。これでは、自立した考えを持つことを罪悪のように指導していると言っても過言ではない。さすがに国際化した大企業では競争心が無ければ生き残れないから、競争心の大切さを痛感している。

　しかし、学校では行き過ぎた協調性と平等という価値観を生徒たちに植え付けるため日夜学校の先生は励んでいる。そして、自分たちは良いことをしていると信じて生徒たちの人生をダメにしているのだ。その結果、大人になっても親に頼るパラサイトシングルも増殖中だ。

　受験で勝利を得たい受験生の方に申し上げたい。教師の言うことなどに従ったらダメだ。自分の学習のペースは自分で決める。自分の使いたい参考書や問題集は教師に干渉させない。自分の志望校は自分で決める。受験で合格をつかみたいなら、これは必須なのだ。

　The greatest thing in the world is knowing how to be self-reliant." Japanese schools do the exact opposite. In other words, it is passive education. They cannot decide what clothes to wear. They cannot decide what shoes to wear. They cannot decide their own hair style. They cannot even decide their own hair color. You can't even decide what reference books or problem books you use.

　The school sets all the rules and continues to teach them that they are "good children" if they follow the rules. It is not an exaggeration to say that the school is teaching independent thinking as if it were a sin to do so. As one would expect, in a large internationalized company, one cannot survive without a competitive spirit, so I am keenly aware of the importance of a competitive spirit.

　However, in schools, school teachers work day and night to instill in their students the values of cooperation and equality that have gone too far. And they ruin their students' lives, believing that they are doing good. As a result, parasite singles who depend on their parents even as adults are proliferating.

　I would like to say to those students who want to win in the examinations. Don't follow the teacher's lead. You set your own pace of study. Do not let the teacher interfere with the reference books and problem books you want to use. You decide which school you want to enter. This is essential if you want to pass the entrance exam.
