Shane Harold Meadows is a 23-year-old sous chef who enjoys hockey, relaxing and ferret racing. He is energetic and loveable, but can also be very sadistic and a bit untrustworthy.

Shane's best friend is a sous chef called Jade Phillips. They are inseparable. He also hangs around with Michele Jackson and Joann Myers. They enjoy travelling together.
