  私は長年「クラブの自由化」や「ブラック校則の廃止」をこのブログで書かせてもらってきた。予備校や塾の指導方法や市販の参考書の出鱈目ぶりを書かせてもらってきた。しかし、言うまでもなく世の中に何の変化も起こらない。私が田舎の小さな個人塾の講師だから。

　しかし、最近スポーツ庁や各県の教育委員会が同じことを言いだした。すると、日本中の学校は「右に倣え」と我先にシステムを変え始めている。カポネが言うように、カポネがお酒を売ると密造という犯罪になり、高級住宅街でお盆の上にのせるとおもてなしになるのだ。

　アルカポネが生きたのは１９世紀末のアメリカ。２１世紀の日本は１９世紀のアメリカ並みの民度なのだろう。これでは、日本経済が徐々に衰退して中国に追い抜かれ、韓国にも追い抜かれそうになっているのは当たり前だね。

 I have been writing on this blog for many years about "liberalizing clubs" and "abolishing black school rules". I have written about the teaching methods of preparatory schools and cram schools, and about the crappy reference books on the market. But needless to say, nothing has changed in the world. Because I am an instructor at a small private cram school in the countryside.



　Recently, however, the Sports Agency and the boards of education of various prefectures have started saying the same thing. Then, schools all over Japan have begun to "follow the right" and change their systems on their own. As Capone would say, if Capone sold alcohol, it would be a crime of moonshining, and if he placed it on a tray in an upscale residential area, it would be hospitality.



　Al Capone lived in late 19th century America; 21st century Japan is probably as civilized as 19th century America. It is no wonder that Japan's economy is slowly declining, being overtaken by China and about to be overtaken by South Korea.
