A   lot  of factors are responsible for  depression  in our society today, some of this form of depression may be from  either bad economic policies, social or family background.This  kind of feeling  may generate a type of thinking pattern that makes us unforgiving,violent, resentful ,revengeful and atimes locked in the prison of the past thereby missing the opportunity of the present. This has brought  lack of focus on the part of the individual  hence leading to poor performance. In other cases , this negative line of thinking has also lead to people trying to commit suicide.
Unforgiveness,recentment and been cage in  past experiences are strong nut many individuals till today , has found it very difficult to crack. This line of thought has also lead to health issues such as stroke,heart attack,high blood pressure on the individual , this shows that apart from the emotional damage it can cause to the individual , it also attracts sickness and disease conditions , and that is why we need  to reduce this line of thinking. 
HOW TO CRACK THE NUT OF THIS NEGATIVE LINE OF THINKING
1. Speak to someone you can trust or a professional for guidance, this will start the healing process , when you let it out  your mind will start to experience some peace, please ,don't die in silence.
2. Encourage yourself and set a goal, short term goals(1 to 2 years), medium term goals(2 to 5years) and long term goals (5years and above).
3. Read books on men and women, who have faced  same challenge's and  have made huge  steps in overcoming such challenges. 
- Believe in yourself; do not let anyone to discourage you ,from achieving your dreams in life. 
- Everyday , examine yourself and check, the level of effort you putting in , to achieve your goals. 
- Be positive and hopeful and put in more effort to achieve your goals 
- When things are not yet working according to your plan,patience and re-examination of the situation is very important. 
- Forgive , learn and live your past behind , move forward. 
- Remember , your thought are powerful, negative thoughts will always attract negative things and appearances and good thoughts attracts good appearances and outcomes.
