Jin woke up early in the morning, she did her house chores and went outside her house, as she was cleaning the compound she felt as if someone was staring at her she turned around and saw a man looking at her, their eyes met, she felt a chill running down her spine. Jin has always hated men all her life because of how her brother treated women as sex objects, she did not want to experience that with any man. She did not want to feel heartbroken, her neighbors saw her as a very proud woman but waht they did not know is that she was an introvert, she loved staying on her own.

It never occurred to her that maybe she had had a crush on a stranger because after all she could never have feelings for any man or at least that's what she thought, she always stays indoors all the time she doesn't like going outside her compound unless her mother Jane had send her to the market or the shop.

"Hey Jin, I'll be going to visit my friend and I'll be back later," said Mab Jin's sister. Mab is a total opposite of Jin, she is talkative, outgoing and loves making friends. "Go ahead." said Jin. After Mab had left Jin took her setbook and started reading after all she had to read and study, she was a candidate the next year.

In the evening her parents came back home from work as they always do on a daily basis, her mother was a business person whereas her father Jimmy, was a lecturer at a local University. Jin had prepared dinner they all eat and went to sleep, but Jin couldn't sleep, she kept on seeing the face of this stranger, she had never had man in her mind, and this was a strange feeling,and she surprisingly loved this feeling. She kept on thinking about his eyes although she had only seen him from a far she could not stop thinking about him. At around 2am she fell asleep.

She woke up the following morning to prepare her parents for work and also do her house chores 'It's going to be a very long holiday' she thought. After her parents left she decided to wash her dogs, Jin was a dog lover, she cleaned her dogs and left them in the sun. She decided to go to the shop to buy herself a snack, after buying her biscuits she turned around to leave when her gaze again met the stranger of the previous day. And today it was different because he was closer to her. 'To hell I can't talk to him why should I after all I can't be in love' Jin thought and left the stranger at the shop.

At home her heart was thumping against her chest she had a strange feeling a feeling of excitement and she liked that new feeling.

The next day she had an urge of going outside her compound and this was extremely strange because she never liked going for walks but this day she wanted to go outside her compound and she hoped she will see this stranger again. Strange right?.

Jin felt like she was a different person she decided to fight the urge of going outside her compound but in the end her heart won over her mind and she went outside,and as if God was answering her prayers the stranger was there, but Jin was a lady with her own standards after all she would never start a conversation why would she?.

"Hi Jin, a cute dog you have there," said the handsome stranger, Jin for the very first time in her life could not look into a guys eyes. "Thank you," said Jin while trying to avoid his gaze, “He likes coming to my house, whats his name” asked the stranger. “I need to go”, said Jin while avoiding to answer the question. And she immediately left with so many questions running through her mind 'How did he know my name?' 'Why did he talk to me?' 'Does he have a crush on me?'.

In the evening Jin decided to talk to her sister Mab about the stranger. "Mab, do you know the guy who has just moved in near us?" Jim asked, "Yes he is in a relationship with Kashy my friend," Mab answered. "Mmmh Okay," said Jim "Why ask?" continued Mab, "Nothing Mab its just weird I never expected our new neighbor to have a son that age, nothing more" said Jin. Jin felt as if she had been stubbed ten times with a sharp knife through her heart. But why would she feel this way? After all the guy just said hi to her and nothing more, why would she feel like she had been betrayed and yet she had not? Why would Mab's answer heart her feelings so much?. She gave up hopes and slept.

The next day Kashy came visiting her friend Mab and Jin felt hatred for her, she did not know why she hated Kashy that much. That afternoon Jin was going to the market and prayed to God not to meet with that strange guy, but unfortunately she did, making the matters worse that they were he was going the same way as Jin, Jin could have refused to go with him as she does other men but she did not, in fact she enjoyed his company more that she should have. Going the same way with the stranger was either the worst decision she made or the best decision of her life because from there that started getting closer and still Jin did not dare to ask for his name. She was comfortable talking to someone she did not know.

When she came back home the stranger borrowed her favorite puppy and she gladly gave him. She wanted her puppy back but the stranger told him to go pick it from his home. It was crazy that she went without any hesitation, what do you think happened next?. Nothing happened she just picked it and went back home.

The next day she met the stranger again and this time around he told her that he wanted to talk to her about something important, Jin tried to avoid that conversation for ad long as she could because deep down her heart she knew what the conversation was about, but she could not avoid it for long because she had to have it one day. Sitting beside the road Jin and the stranger started the conversation, "Jin I think I am in love with you", said the stranger, Jin felt as if her heart will break out of her chest, “You think?, you are not sure”. Jin answered with all her courage. "No let me correct myself, I am in love with you" he continued. “Well I'm sorry but nothing can happen between us”, “after all you are dating Kashy” said Jin. “No I am not Kashy is just a friend" answered the stranger. Deep down Jin knew he was lying but she still gav6him the benefit of the doubt. "Give me a few days to think about it." she said.

When she reached home, she went to her room and asked God to show her the way, if he was not the one then God should not let her accept him in her life. She avoided him for a few days because he always wanted an answer every day they met, and at last she had an answer for him. "So Jin, what is your feedback?" he wanted to know. "I have never fallen in love before, and when I love you I love you with all my heart, I am also in love with you but I can't be in a relationship with you because I can't have my heart broken." said Jin, "I will not break your heart" promised the stranger. That was the first time Jin had started dating. Remember she still doesn't know his name...............
