In the morning of February 24 2022, I woke up, took my PC to finish up preparing for the day's lesson and suddenly my roommate came in and the first thing she told me was "Rebecca there was a bombing in Kiev airport and near kharkiv university." I was in disbelief ,not scared yet ,but in complete denial of what that may mean.*I remained in the state of denial almost a week after that. In a few minutes I was informed that we'll have lessons online for that day. We did have online class but only for the first lesson which didn't go well since our teacher got emotional in the middle of the lesson. The next lessons were completely cancelled.
