In the past 24 years, the NPP's impact on Berekum has been more harmful than beneficial. The three NPP Parliamentary aspirants fall short of addressing the needs of the people.
1. Nelson Kwaku Kyeremeh:
- Despite being over-hyped, Kyeremeh is arguably the worst MP in Berekum's history.
- His notable achievement is limited to distributing mathematical sets, overshadowed by numerous unfulfilled promises to the people.
2. Kwabena Twum Nuamah:
- Nuamah's previous tenure failed to satisfy the citizens of Berekum, leading to his replacement.
- There is no compelling reason for his return, given his previous shortcomings and lack of positive impact.
3. Adutwum Hastings:
- The community is unprepared for a musician-turned-aspirant like Hastings.
- It is advisable for him to acquire more experience before considering a return, as the current timing seems inappropriate.
Berekum deserves leaders committed to tangible progress, not individuals whose track records raise doubts about their ability to uplift the community. It's time for a positive change that truly benefits the good people of Berekum.
