Your Mental Health Matters To Me

Have you ever felt something weird when you’re alone? Or it’s just me? Like while when you’re with your friends or with someone you think that you’re not alone; but when the time comes that there is no one with you, it seems so weird like you feel sad then you don’t know the reason behind that feeling.

                      

 Life is hard. You are facing a different battle every day, and it wasn’t easy. You will fall asleep thinking about everything. Everything that is something changes your mood/ feelings.  

 

Every day, seeking help but no one can understand you. Some people will listen, but they don’t understand you. No matter how you explain, they always think that you are overreacting. They don’t put themselves in your shoes first to understand your feelings.

 This is an illness that you cannot easily cure and you can’t just tell them that ‘you shouldn’t be sad or ‘you’ll be fine later on/ you’re just overreacting to small things’. This illness should be treated and taken seriously. It should be.


That feeling like you’re suffocated but you’re too scared of telling everything about what/ how you feel because you might think that they already judging you or making fun of you. Sadly, that’s what our society does when they encounter that kind of person.


Most people are blind to that. Some people tend to ignore you every time you start sharing with them.

You’re wearing a good smile, but it does not necessarily mean that you’re happy. Try to ask someone if they are still okay. Try to check with your family, classmates, and friends even if that’s a random question because it might help them to ease their feelings.

You might be the one who will save someone’s life.
